Gasi Oreum
In Korean: 가시오름
Gasi Oreum is a low volcanic cone with a horseshoe-shaped crater open to the southwest at the top, and its northwest slope is gentle, so the climb to the top is not difficult.
From the top you can look down on the Daejeong-eup area and Mosulpo Oreum, and the name comes from the many gasi trees (bamboo-leaf oak), also called water oak. You can climb it at any time at no charge, and parking is available.
