Ponies and cattle graze with the turbines behind them, and in autumn silver grass covers the fields. It is close to Noksan-ro Canola Flower Road, where canola flowers and cherry blossoms bloom in spring, and it is also where a kite was flown in the Jeju episode of 'House on Wheels 4'. It is always open with no entrance fee, and parking is available.
